Joakim是這首原曲的製作人（Produced by），但是與Kasey說唱的版本推出時間似乎將去不遠，到底是孰先孰後，其實奇耳這些年來也一直搞不清楚。

Brush shoulders off意指拍落肩膀的灰塵，用於形容跌倒之後再站起來的那種堅忍；或者像動作片裡一陣激烈槍戰完後，主角拍下槍枝塵埃，扛槍續戰感覺。為避免失焦，這邊就翻譯做拍拍臉頰了，是否也增添一絲少女風進入詞中呢？

homie意指好哥兒們，這個單字前半部就是家的home，後半部就是暱稱的尾綴ie唸作＂一＂，與bunny，cookie，mommy，daddy等可愛的單字與稱呼可以算是同個概念。結合起來就是指「可以在家一起耍廢廝混的好哥兒們」，但反過來用當然也可以用作貶義，像是名偵探柯南裡毛利小老弟的小老弟，如同這首歌曲中主角對於其他追求者的看不起。
